PHOTO SESSIONS:
The property will be photographed As-Is, cleaning/moving/staging services are not included. The property must be photo-ready before the start of the session. Failure to have the property photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Each photo package includes a specific amount of time for the photo session and a maximum number of images shot.
Any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. The minimum re-shoot fee is $125.00.
Sessions are available Monday – Friday with weekend session offered on a limited case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
IMAGE EDITING:
All of the above packages include standard image editing, which includes straightening verticals, cropping the edges, reducing image noise, adjusting the color/contrast/exposure/saturation. Advanced editing is available for an additional fee if desired.
DELIVERY TIMES:
After payment has been received in full, images are delivered next business day by 6pm via electronic download. Rush image processing & delivery is offered on a case by case basis and is subject to availability and an additional fee. Twilight images and their associated daytime images are delivered within two business days. Rush image processing & delivery is not available for twilight photo packages. A delay in payment will delay the processing and delivery of your images.
